Behavioral Challenges and addiction

Drug and alcohol addiction are common issues among adults with behavioral challenges.

Traditional programs don’t accommodate the unique needs of those with behavioral challenges. Those with challenges are seen as ‘difficult’ or ‘non-compliant.’

Belvedere Addiction Services recognizes the issues facing those with behavioral challenges in achieving sobriety.

We work with adults with behavioral challenges who often are:

• Verbally loud and sometimes abusive
• Impulsive
• Disorganized
